I have experienced first-hand the healing power of whole foods, nature, movement, and self-care - and most importantly, self-love, as I reversed several serious health issues in 2011. My experience was so profound and my life became so different and so full, happy, and ENOUGH that I wanted to help others find that as well. Thus, my journey began in 2015 when I completed training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In 2017, I added a Meditation Instructor Certification (meditation changed my parenting completely), in 2019, became a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (yoga has my heart), and finally, in 2022, a Reiki Level II Practitioner. I'm also a Certified Shavasana Instructor, and a Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor. I thought I was done, but then shinrin yoku (forest bathing) came into my life, and I was smitten. I became a certified forest bathing guide in 2023, and it has been the icing on the cake. If you've never tried it, delight yourself by signing up for an experience here -> Schedule. Your relationship with nature will be forever changed in deepest, most beautiful way.
I offer one-on-one life and wellness coaching, helping clients make small but significant shifts to become healthier, improve their relationships, create work life satisfaction, and more. I provide suggestions and ideas, offer new ways of operating, supply resources, accountability, support, and most healing of all, unconditional love and acceptance. To help my clients achieve life-changing results, I draw not only from my education, but also my personal explorations and forages in optimal health, while honoring each client's unique journey and where they are on that path. I use the many modalities in which I am trained in conjunction with our work together, to help you find different ways of feeling, experiencing, thinking, and being.
I also teach private and group yoga classes, specializing in yin and slow flow; workshops on a myriad of topics like beginning meditation + habit formation, breath work, self-love, and sushi making (one of my hidden talents); meditation + mindfulness instructor certification; shinrin yoku (forest bathing) experiences and certifications; and silent retreats.
In my free time, I'm usually outside, kayaking, biking, walking, hiking, or laying on the grass admiring the clouds. I love meditating, doing yoga, reading two or eight books at a time, and making healthy food. I have two "old" children (20 and 24), two cats (known collectively as "da boys"), can speak painful but passable German, and live in the beautiful countryside on a family farm. I'm happiest at home.
My passion is helping others intentionally craft a life that they fall in love with. We only get one; it's SO important to make it authentically YOURS. What will you do to create your one and only beautiful life?
